1. Nature of Services & Absolute Disclaimer Astro Rajesh provides traditional astrological consultations for informational and educational purposes only.

• Astro Rajesh is not a licensed professional advisor (including, but not limited to, legal, medical, financial, tax, or psychological fields).

• Astro Rajesh is not responsible or liable for any advice, interpretation, or consultation provided during a session, nor for any decisions, actions, or outcomes you choose to make based on such information.

2. Strict No-Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds and Cancellation: Full refunds are available only for cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to your scheduled session. Requests submitted within the 72-hour window before your appointment are strictly non-refundable; however, you may reschedule your appointment during this window at no additional charge

• Rescheduling: Any request to change your appointment time must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the original scheduled time.

3. Bookings and Payments All appointments and payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider. Full payment is required at time of booking.

4. Intellectual Property All original content, branding, text, and materials published on astrorajesh.com are the property of Astro Rajesh and may not be reproduced without written consent.

5. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
